You will provide subject matter expertise in relation to the identification, pursuit, management, and growth of business within the Joint, Air & Space Domain. Reporting to the Chief of Requirements & Capability, this role will be responsible for providing strategic direction and advice to the Raytheon Australia Executive Leadership team and leading bid / pursuit teams in the identification, shaping, resourcing, bidding, and offering solutions to customer needs, and the development of profitable opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of the Joint Air & Space Domain strategy to enable growth in line with the Company Long-Range Plan.Lead specific Captures as identified in the relevant Company Strategies and as directed by the Chief of Requirements and Capability.Lead allocated capture teams in implementing campaign strategies and responding to solicitations to meet Domain-specific customer requirements.Engage and influence stakeholders in the Joint Air & Space Domain, both domestically and internationally, to support specific Captures.Maintain a comprehensive Domain customer map and contact plan.Manage relationships with senior personnel, including 2-star uniformed personnel and SES2 / FAS.Understand and influence the budget planning cycle for the Domain to ensure funding for acquisitions of interest.Articulate and prioritize Domain-related technical, organizational, operational, logistical, and training needs.Contribute to the development of Intellectual Property (IP) requirements and Australian Industry Capability (AIC) development.Travel may be required within Australia and internationally.Utilize advanced analytical skills to synthesize market, customer, and competitor intelligence to shape requirements and forecast needs.Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.Domain knowledge and customer relationship experience.Experience managing US, Australian, and European export control processes and regulations.Ability to understand and manage components of the Raytheon capture governance framework.Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.Support for complex negotiations.Excellent business acumen to define operational concepts, identify key customer needs, and develop competitive solutions.If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding career, click the “Apply” button below or contact us at careers@raytheon.com.au.RTX adheres to principles of equal employment opportunity.
