**The Principal Learning Advisor Key Responsibilities are**:
- Lead, supervise, and manage staff as directed by the Manager, following Human Resource principles and practices.
- Lead and maintain the program of learning support for Senior Team Leaders (STLs) and establish formal mentoring relationships to set developmental goals, provide regular learning support, and foster a safe and collaborative learning environment.
- Develop, deliver and maintain learning materials, activities, resources and opportunities informed by research, consultation, practice and leadership knowledge and experience.
- Lead, participate and contribute productively as a member of the team to build and sustain culturally led, inclusive, responsive working relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and other knowledge holders to support the development of cultural capability.
- Communicate respectfully and promote a protected learning environment. Present messages clearly and concisely using appropriate mediums and to a variety of audiences. Offer proactive and constructive feedback, explore challenges, celebrate achievements, and recognise efforts and outcomes.
- Lead continuous quality improvement activities, ensuring high-quality learning support and a commitment to professional development.
- Manage competing demands, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing requirements while delivering high-quality support.
- Maintain high-quality records, monitor and review learning activities, collect and analyse feedback. Report and provide advice on program deliverables and opportunities and liaise proactively relevant stakeholders with relevant learnings.
