We are seeking a Treasury and Securitisation Manager to join our Finance and Controlling department in Mulgrave on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to enhance your leadership qualities and gain exposure in a global organization. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and will best suit individuals who have strong attention to detail, analytical skills and previous leadership experience.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Project Manage entire new ABS Issuance end-to-end from Local perspective;
- Engage and liaise as the main point of contact between HQ ABS teams and external (i.e. Rating Agencies, Banks and/or Investors), as well as local business unit inputs for critical information gathering and dissemination;
- Oversee and ensure data requirements for ABS reporting are rolled out by the team in a timely manner;
- Liaise on asset-liability management with HQ team;
- Oversee funding costs and its developments including detailed explanation to local board of management;
- Support to plan needed authorised signatories [and associated valid BoD Resolutions/Responsibility Statement (e.g. Required by ABS programs, Dividends, loans, etc.)] in ensuring smooth funding operations (including meeting externally stipulated deadlines);
- Support local CFO to coordinate local business updates (to bankers/brokers/investors) and bankers' day, financial market analysis/updates, funding program integrations;
- Coordinate local periodic feedback/reporting of equity/dividend measures (incl. EAs, OP) combining tax, accounting and treasury elements;
- Arrange investors'/ bankers' day or bank meetings/visits and investor roadshows as well as Annual Reviews;
- Rationalise business unit engagements regarding bank accounts (e.g. New bank account request, IC accounts and business case, etc.);
- Support the company cash flow plan in Australia.
**Qualifikationen**:
- The skills we're looking for:
- Degree qualified, ideally in Finance/Accounting/Business/Commerce (with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance and/or with a Post Graduate in Finance or MBA
- Certification/Experience in Project Management is preferred;
- At least 3-5 years professional work experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, risk management or banking/financial institution;
- Conversant with Treasury instruments (including money market instruments, commercial paper, bonds and bond markets, asset-back-securitisation and derivatives);
- Experience in Corporate Finance and Treasury Management highly desired;
- Experience in Treasury and Securitisation software would be an added advantage;
- Effective team leader and team player with ideally previous team leading experience;
- Knowledge of the Financial Services business is an advantage;
- Experience in Bank Relationship management is preferred;
- Experience and sound knowledge in Securitisation operations and funding implementation is preferred;
- Knowledge in Treasury Risk Management instruments and strategies is required.
