Qualifications
* Relevant experience in quality food and beverage environments.
* At least 3 years within a similar role.
* Proven ability to Design, cost and implement innovative menus.
* Strong interpersonal skills and presence.
* Fantastic ability to communicate with all levels of guests, staff, management, suppliers
* A good personable nature, life's too short to be angry
* A hands on Management style, this is not an office role
* Comparable experience managing a medium sized brigade
* Financial kitchen management and reporting.
