Job Summary
The successful Credit Officer/Leader will be responsible for overseeing their own portfolio of clients, including customer relationship management, credit risk assessment, and collection strategies.
This role requires a strong background in credit and collections, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor and guide team members towards success.

* Manage client relationships and identify credit opportunities

Key Responsibilities
1. Qualify customers and identify at-risk accounts
2. Collections/recoveries
3. Assist customers with payment plans
4. Case-manage complex cases
5. Process credit notes and refunds
Requirements
A strong background in credit and collections is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have:

What We Offer
This role offers a competitive remuneration package, including generous salary packaging benefits and attractive base salaries starting from $65,000 per annum plus superannuation.
Using the full salary packaging entitlements can make the salary commercially equivalent to approximately $75,000 per annum plus superannuation.
