Senior Manager Enterprise Accounts Job Description
The role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic partnerships across private healthcare networks and buying groups in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. This position will be responsible for championing enterprise-wide growth initiatives across whole company portfolios.
Key responsibilities include:
* Championing enterprise-wide growth initiatives across whole company portfolios.
* Driving a large proportion of the company's revenue through enterprise private hospital accounts and buying groups.
* Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with that of global and local.
* Building and maintaining relationships with C-Suite executives to drive enterprise partnerships.
* Leading, managing and coaching a seasoned team of Strategic Account Managers.
* Overseeing all aspects of commercial contract negotiations, offer modelling, and deal execution.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
* Leading annual sales planning and performance reviews.
* Representing the business in strategic enterprise account reviews at regional and national levels.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree qualifications in Science, Business or related fields.
* Proven commercial leadership experience in MedTech or related industries.
* Strong financial and strategic acumen.
* Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Williness to travel as required for this role.
