What You Will Bring Either a trade or tertiary education background (within the Building & Construction Industry) Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising or managing sites in the capacity of Site Manager Experience in delivering a broad range of project types (retail, hospitality, commercial, heavy refurbishment, services, structural alterations, live environments etc.) Solid understanding of construction programs, site coordination and subcontractor management Construction Induction (White Card) essential Proficiency with Procore and 1 Breadcrumb (advantageous) What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to Urban Core's standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities include: Coordinating subcontractors, site personnel and suppliers to meet program milestones Monitoring safety, quality, and compliance with project and company procedures Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth delivery Maintaining site records, programs, diaries and safety documentation within Procore and 1 Breadcrumb software Driving a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement Contributing to defect management and handover processes Championing site safety, environmental responsibilities and positive industrial relations You'll be expected to proactively manage all site activities, communicate effectively with subcontractors and consultants, and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.
