Position Benefits
* Competitive Remuneration Package:
o Base salary - $330,000.
o Professional development allowance - $26,000.
o Superannuation at 16% of base salary.
o Commuted On-call Allowance at 30% of base salary.
o District allowance of $9,000–$19,000 (subject to single or dependents).
* Exceptional Leave Entitlements and Benefits:
o Five weeks' annual leave, three weeks' personal leave, and up to two weeks' study leave annually.

Work-Life Balance
* 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM working days with 20-minute patient appointments.
* Manageable caseload of approximately 16 GP patients daily, with protected on-call slots.
* Low-volume 1-in-3 on-call Emergency Department (ED) roster and a six-bed inpatient ward.

Eligibility Requirements
* Fellowship with RACGP, ACRRM, or equivalent.
* Recent experience in Emergency Medicine and rural/remote healthcare.
* Advanced life support certifications (ALS2, APLS, EMST, or equivalent).
* Current registration with AHPRA without limitations.
* Australian citizenship and a Class C driver's license.
Desirable Skills
Applicants with experience or qualifications in the following areas are highly regarded: Women's Health, Anesthetics, Teaching, Advanced Emergency Medicine, or proficiency in Malay or Chinese languages.
