You will work in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partners to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.Your role includes supporting Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and leaders in:Interpreting and providing advice on 5 x industrial instrumentsAdvising and executing position management processes including position creation and position reclassificationAssisting in advising and executing change management processesCompleting permanency reviewsAdvising and executing numerous policies and proceduresOverseeing fitness for work processesAdvising on the resolution of simple grievance processesAdvising on the execution of simple performance management processesAssisting with organisation-wide projects and initiativesWorking with a portfolio of approximately 3,000 employees; andEnsuring compliance with standards and KPI'sThe HR Connect team do not provide end to end human resource advice/services and do not complete any disciplinary or investigative processes.Serco is a place for you.You are a proactive human resource professional with a strong customer service focus and the ability to build relationships.
