Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the operations and management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Administrative tasks include data entry, document control, filing and maintenance of accurate records.

You will also be responsible for assisting with customer communications, preparing reports and spreadsheets as required by management.

Maintenance of compliance with relevant laws and regulations is also expected in this role.


About You

* Prior experience in the transport or logistics industry is essential; a proven track record in performing key duties related to transportation logistics will serve you well in this position.

You should be proficient in computer software applications, particularly Excel databases. Communication skills are crucial as strong interpersonal relations must be maintained at all times.
Excellent organisational skills are also paramount alongside attention to detail.
Able to work independently while being an effective team player who can make informed decisions quickly under pressure which ultimately leads success through efficient planning,
scheduling functions on a daily basis making sure we remain compliant.
