Role Overview
As the iTechworld Stock Controller, you'll be responsible for managing inventory across several warehouses and retail outlets.
You'll play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, optimising inventory flow, and supporting our team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee stock levels across multiple locations, including 3rd party storage facilities and retail stores.
Conduct regular stocktakes, audits, and reconciliations.
Coordinate stock transfers and deliveries between sites.
Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies.
Work closely with the warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams.
Maintain and improve inventory systems and processes.
Provide reporting and insights to support demand planning and purchasing decisions.
What We're Looking For
Experience in stock/inventory control within a retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems, bonus points if you have experience with Shopify or Cin7.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to travel between locations as needed.
