The Operational Quality Manager provides clinical leadership across Queensland, managing specialist clinical resources and contributing to the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical best practice in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key responsibilities

* Provide strong clinical leadership that enhances care quality, policy compliance, and client outcomes across the region
* Develop, implement and monitor quality, safety and risk management strategies
* Lead regional quality activities to achieve positive accreditation and survey outcomes
* Identify gaps between current practice, protocols and best practice, and drive targeted improvements
* Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager to deliver planned service outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives
About you We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) (other registrations will not be considered)
* Expert clinical judgement and strong problem‑solving capability
* Demonstrated leadership experience in complex clinical environments
* Well‑developed organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A current driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle
* Willingness to obtain a Federal Police Check (required for the successful candidate)
