National Account Manager
Building and Maintaining Relationships with Insurance Clients
As a National Account Manager at UHG, you will be part of the Insurance Team who work together to build and maintain a strong customer base. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to develop deep, sustainable relationships with our workers compensation and compulsory third party insurance clients to protect and grow revenue.

* Develop a thorough understanding of the personal injury insurance market and customers' positions in the market.
* Account manage key insurance customers through relationship-based account management strategy and understanding of client needs and goals.
* Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers.
* Drive innovation and product development to deliver on insurance customer needs.
* Monitor customer performance against agreed customer SLAs and financial targets.
You will have 3+ years working in an account management function and a demonstrated capacity to retain and grow existing customer revenue. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
