The Opportunity
We have an exciting short-term leadership opportunity for a General Manager to oversee our Torquay home for a 6-month contract. You'll take responsibility for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents and their families. Lead with purpose, foster a culture of collaboration and respect, and champion person-centred care every day.

How You Will Make An Impact

* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and workplace safety.
* Inspire and engage a multidisciplinary team, driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Optimise operational performance, achieve financial and occupancy targets, and enhance resident experience.
What You Will Bring
* Proven senior leadership experience in health or aged care.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance.
* Ability to implement change and drive continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate highly regarded).
