Experience You'll Bring
* Plumbing trade qualification or strong plumbing estimating background (non-negotiable)
* Proven experience quoting maintenance and small - med commercial works
* Strong onsite understanding — you know how jobs actually run
* Ability to read drawings and interpret scopes
* Experience gathering subbie quotes and coordinating multi-trade pricing
* Experience in commercial environments (schools, hospitals, industrial, aged care, etc.)
Cross-trade estimating experience (electrical or minor building) is highly valued — but plumbing expertise is the core requirement.
