Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents living with dementia.
* Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.
* Support residents emotionally and physically, fostering a sense of security and comfort in their daily lives.
* Mentor and support junior staff to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking for:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Proven experience in aged care, particularly with dementia care, is highly desirable.
* Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a close-knit team.
* Excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
