Quality Hotel City Centre is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Guest Service Agent. This position offers 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours. We are a busy property with a strong corporate market. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation and must be available to work weekends and early mornings and evenings. Applicants with a work visa are welcome to apply if here for a minimum of 6 months.
Duties include:
Check in/check out procedures
Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions etc
Taking reservations and managing guest accounts
Set up and pack down breakfast.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication, well-presented, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
