Beyond the Pass: I'm looking for a Chef Partner to help write the next chapter of The Freston Boot.
The team and I have done some incredible things at The Boot. From restoring this beautiful 17th-century building to building a menu that balances Suffolk & East Anglian heritage with a bit of Caribbean soul under our current chef Andre. But sadly he has hit a stage where he would like to try something different, but I'm not done yet—and I need a new partner in the kitchen to help take us to the next level.
2026 is going to be a big year for us. We are shifting gears:
Heavy on Events: We're moving into high-end bespoke events and one-off menus. I need someone who loves the thrill of a blank canvas as much as a busy service.
