Key Responsibilities:
* Building, Decking, repairing, maintaining decks and general maintenance.
* Measure and cut materials to fit precise specifications.
* Manage and coordinate materials, tools, and subcontractors.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in carpentry or general contracting.
* Strong knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Own tools and reliable transportation preferred.
