About You
The company is looking for candidates who have:
Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past year (or expected graduation within 12 months)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education (Associates degree acceptable for Culinary)
Superior critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude
A genuine desire for personal and professional growth
Work authorization in the country of application (local citizen or permanent resident)
