We are seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to join our team, driving success in preparing and delivering tenders for infrastructure projects.
As a key member of our bid management team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions and strategies that enhance our market presence and secure lucrative contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive tender strategies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all potential works.
* Lead the preparation of capability statements, expressions of interest, and tenders, showcasing our strengths and capabilities to clients.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
* Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors, aligning with our values and ensuring consistency in delivery and pricing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* No less than 5 years of experience in bid management, preferably in the construction industry.
* Demonstrated expertise in preparing tenders for EPC contracts, collaborative contracting, and alliance contracts.
* Strong knowledge of estimating, contract management, program management, logistics management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration management.
* A high level of understanding of detailed engineering, planning, and scheduling.
* The ability to evaluate information quickly, identifying key issues and formulating conclusions based on sound judgment, experience, and common sense.
