We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our community as a Support and Community Worker.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing exceptional service and support in a dynamic and caring environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing social support and companionship to clients in their own homes or community settings
* Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
* Encouraging clients to participate in recreational activities and hobbies
* Supporting clients to access local services and resources
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
You will also need to have a reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.
In addition, you will require a current First Aid and CPR certificate, a Police Check (within the last 12 months), and NDIS Orientation & Covid Infection Control Modules.
