We are looking for a
commercially driven, results-oriented Account Manager
to own the delivery, execution, and optimisation of brand partnerships across The DOM. This role is critical to ensuring that our brand partners launch effectively, trade efficiently, and grow sustainably — while also driving continuous improvement of our internal processes.

, between sellers, marketing, and digital teams. You will be
responsible for taking brand opportunities from concept to execution
, working closely with the Category Manager/Buyer to deliver new brands and offers.
The Account Manager will also oversee day-to-day brand management, promotional planning, catalogue optimisation, and ongoing performance insights. For select brands, you'll be directly involved in
offer procurement
to ensure the product mix and promotional activity deliver strong commercial results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Brands & Offers
 * Responsible for the delivery and execution of new brands and offers.
 * Partner with the Category Manager to bring new brands and offers to life, ensuring efficient, timely, and complete execution.
 * Oversee procurement of marketing assets, product content, pricing, and execution across systems.
 * Drive accountability with sellers and internal stakeholders to ensure all timelines are met.
Catalogue & Trading Management
 * Manage product catalogues end-to-end: curation, selection, pricing, inventory visibility, and content accuracy.
 * Educate and guide sellers on The DOM's trading rhythm to identify opportunities and grow GMV.
 * Monitor SKU-level performance and recommend proactive actions to maximise sell-through and GMV contribution.
 * Flag trade and merchandise gaps or opportunities to the marketing, ecommerce, and category teams.
Promotional Calendar & Campaign Execution
 * Build and manage a promotional calendar for each brand in line with The DOM's trading rhythm.
 * Coordinate promotional mechanics — markdowns, price overrides, product features, and bundles.
 * Brief relevant teams on planned promotions and ensure timely execution across touchpoints.
 * Track promo performance and share insights to optimise future planning.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
 * Own day-to-day relationships with assigned brand partners.
 * Prepare for and attend regular WIPs: weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
 * Act as the internal advocate for each brand — ensuring they are represented in marketing, trade, and site planning.
 * Maintain ongoing communication to nurture long-term satisfaction and commercial success.
Reporting & Insights
 * Deliver regular reporting on brand and category performance (weekly/monthly).
 * Provide actionable insights on product, price, stock, and campaign performance.
 * Maintain dashboards and brand records to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
Stock Purchasing Program Support
 * Assist in the execution of the stock purchasing program — including coordination of POs, deliveries, and follow-ups.
 * Work with operations and finance to track inventory and cost reconciliation.
Process & Operations
 * Own troubleshooting and resolution of brand and catalogue issues, including integrations and operational blockers.
 * Lead the continuous optimisation of processes and efficiency within the account management function, leveraging tools and
 AI
 to improve onboarding, seller comms, catalogue management, and offer execution.
 * Monitor seller performance (dispatch rates, cancellations) and manage compliance with The DOM's SLAs.
 * Create and deliver reporting to support process improvement and seller accountability.
 * Proactively identify and implement improvements that increase GMV and streamline workflows.
ABOUT YOU
 * 3–5 years' experience in account management, buying, or brand partnerships — ideally in a multi-brand, ecommerce, or marketplace environment.
 * Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships with accountability for results.
 * Strong understanding of retail commercial models (Marketplace, Wholesale, Drop-ship).
 * Experience in offer procurement and commercial negotiation (preferred).
 * Excellent organisation, communication, and influencing skills.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a founder's mentality.
 * Data-driven mindset with high commercial awareness.
 * Passion for fashion, ecommerce, and retail innovation.
