Sutherland Projects is a dynamic and growing real estate company, specialising in the sale of new developments and off-the-plan properties. We are seeking a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in selling exciting new projects across the Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is an on-site position, perfect for a passionate and motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and negotiating successful sales, primarily within the project marketing space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Represent and sell new residential developments and off-the-plan projects
2. Manage property listings and conduct on-site appointments
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
5. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process end-to-end
6. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and buyer behaviour
7. Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standards
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in project marketing and selling new developments
2. A current Full Real Estate Agents License (QLD)
3. Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer service
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales tools is an advantage
7. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferred
8. We are looking for high-performing individuals with a strong sales track record in the off-the-plan sector
