An opportunity now exists for an experienced Program Lead - Finance Innovation to take ownership of ERP optimisation, finance systems enhancement and end-to-end process redesign across the enterprise.

About The Role
As Program Lead - Finance Innovation, you will lead the transformation and enhancement of financial systems, processes and capabilities across the organisation. This is a senior, hands-on role combining program leadership, finance expertise and systems enablement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of finance innovation roadmaps
* Drive ERP optimisation and finance systems enhancement
* Identify automation and system improvement opportunities
* Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives
* Manage prioritised delivery pipelines and change impacts
* Oversee system implementation, adoption and training
The Ideal Applicant
* 5+ years' experience in senior finance or ERP roles
* Strong program and change management capability
* Deep understanding of finance systems and automation
* Proven senior stakeholder engagement experience
* Relevant tertiary qualifications; CA/CPA or equivalent
