Reporting to the Head Chef and working closely with the front of house team, you will be preparing and delivering bespoke menus that complement the breathtaking views from the bistro overlooking the golf course and Bass Strait.

· Demonstrable hands-on industry experience
· Prepare and cook dishes with precision, care and consistency
· Professional presentation, proactive attitude and a desire to grow your skill set
· Passionate and knowledgeable about local, seasonal produce
