Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable, payroll, and general office duties

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position with consistent school-friendly hours.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in Payroll / Accounts Payable roles and proficiency in Xero and/or Tanda.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* High attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Experience with EBAs or construction/engineering industries is a plus
