This role is for an operational hands-on HR Generalist delivering end-to-end Human Resources best practice working across both their offices in Shepparton and Albury
This role operates with a high level of autonomy and is accountable for the day-to-day delivery of core HR services including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
The HR Advisor acts as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of workplace matters while fostering a positive workplace culture. The role plays a key part in supporting operational teams to build workforce capability, manage compliance, and apply HR policies consistently.
The ideal candidate will experience in an HR Advisory, Business Partner, or similar role, preferably within a heavy related industry possessing practical knowledge of HR/IR operations, legislation, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Awards.
Key skills and knowledge required include a deep expertise in employee relations, encompassing mediation, conflict resolution, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture. Exceptional organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
