Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer / Contract Manager to join a high-performing legal team in a full-time, 6-month hybrid role based in Rydalmere. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in compliance and legal operations, and a solid understanding of legal principles. You will play a key role in supporting the business across four main areas: ethics and compliance, company secretarial duties, licensing, and contract review. Responsibilities include drafting investigation reports, maintaining compliance records, supporting internal investigations, managing the ASIC register, coordinating licensing renewals, and assisting with contract reviews across various business divisions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in compliance or legal administration, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A qualification in legal studies (such as a Graduate Certificate) is highly regarded.
