Details: ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) is seeking a motivated and conscientious person to fill the temporary position of ESA Training Administration Officer (ASO3) based at the ESA Training Centre, Hume, ACT.
This role is key to supporting the smooth operation of training activities across the centre. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate strong administrative skills, including responding to general enquiries, drafting correspondence, and providing high-quality customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders. You will be expected to use a range of computer applications including Microsoft Office and records management systems in accordance with the Territory Records Act 2002.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
* Driver's licence Class C is essential due to location and no direct access to public transport.

* To be eligible for permanent or temporary employment within the ACT Public Service (ACTPS) you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or hold a valid work visa.
* If an officer no longer holds a visa that permits them to work in Australia, their employment with the ACT Public Service (ACTPS) will be terminated.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of three months with the possibility of extension up to six months.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
