Job Title: Senior Asset Management Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Management and Performance team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve performance improvements and realize full value from their assets.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the growth and delivery capabilities of the Newcastle Asset Management Team, ensuring that projects are completed on time, new work is secured, and intellectual property is developed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and assessing asset management strategies to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives;
* Assisting clients with capital and operational performance improvements through data-driven analysis and recommendations;
* Helping clients build effective asset management systems by providing guidance on best practices and industry standards;
* Planning and conducting assessments of asset integrity and conditions to identify areas for improvement;
* Translating analysis outputs into actionable decisions for stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of asset management principles and knowledge of ISO 55000. Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business, or Accounting are highly desirable but not mandatory.
