Pre Delivery Quality Controller and Team Leader
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team controlling cleaning quality on new and used cars before the car is handed to the customer as well as control the production output of a team of staff to ensure car deliveries arrive on time for the end user.
We are a company hired by major dealerships to provide services to ensure the final stages of a new car journey are complete before the car arrives at the dealership for delivery.
Skills required:
* Fast working and positive attitude to work with time frames.
* Eye for detail to ensure quality of cleans are at a standard for a new car.
* Energetic as there is a large amount of driving around site and moving vehicles.
* Enthusiastic energy dealing with clients to ensure the dead lines and requests can be honoured.
* Ability to direct and coach a team with client requests.
* Ability to work under pressure
* A valid driver licence
A candidate that has worked in this new cars delivery space is ideal however training will be provided for the right candidate that has no experience.
This role requires a large amount of walking and moving around and does not have a large amount of down time. The role is advertised as casual currently, however full time can be discussed.
