About The Role
The General Manager, Aged Care is a senior clinical, operational and strategic leadership role responsible for the overall management, growth and performance of 3Bridges' Aged Care (Community) and In-Home Services, including allied health services supporting older people.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role provides hands‐on, inspirational leadership across aged care, allied health, case management, and in‐home services teams. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person‐centred care that meets regulatory requirements, funding framework, and the Aged Care Quality Standards, while driving strong operational, financial, workforce, and cultural outcomes.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will foster collaboration across the organisation, strengthen stakeholder relationships, lead service innovation and growth, and promote a positive, client‐focused culture aligned with 3Bridges' values.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the daily operations of community aged care, allied health, and in‐home services to ensure excellence in care quality, safety, and service delivery
* Embed person‐centred care principles and Aged Care Quality Standards across all services, policies, and practices
* Drive business growth through new service development, partnerships, and strategic collaborations
* Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and deliver utilisation, revenue, and sustainability targets
* Use data and insights to identify performance gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives
* Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‐performing multidisciplinary workforce
* Foster an inclusive, values‐driven culture aligned with 3Bridges' VOICE values and essential behaviours
* Ensure strong clinical governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit readiness
* Manage incidents, complaints, and risks in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, staff, community partners, health services, and regulators
* Represent 3Bridges externally and contribute to strategic planning, innovation, and organisational growth
* Lead change management and transformational initiatives that strengthen care delivery and operational capability

The successful candidate will require National Police clearance prior to appointment (completed by 3Bridges), valid NSW Working With Children Check clearance, and Current NSW drivers' licence.
