The Role:
An established real estate agency has just expanded, opening it's brand new Sydney office and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive portfolio growth and new business opportunities.
This is a Monday–Friday position focused on prospecting, converting leads, and building long-term relationships with landlords. You'll conduct rental appraisals, onboard new clients, and ensure a smooth handover to the Property Management team.
The Candidate:
* Previous BDM experience is required to be considered for this role
* A valid class 2 real estate license
* High energy, well spoken and able to communicate with prospective clients
* Experience using Property Me & IRE will be highly regarded
* Mandarin speaking skills is ideal, but not essential for this role
* Experience conducting rental appraisals
