Your role
We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Technical Designer who can collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Requirements
* Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
* Design the technical detailed solutions including technical diagram, data models and integration specification that will meet requirement and can be consumed by offshore engineering team, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
* Document the configuration and customization choices made during the project to ensure clarity for developers and future maintenance.
* Ensure the design leverages Salesforce capabilities effectively
* Design and oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce, such as customizing objects, workflows, and page layouts.
* Define the approach for integrating Salesforce with other systems (e.g., through APIs, middleware, or third-party tools).

* Relevant experience (see below) and relevant Salesforce certifications or Trailhead badges.
* Those with Master proficiency in Technology Architecture / Expert proficiency in Application Architecture will be high regarded.

* Candidates must have current Independent Working Rights for Australia (AU Citizen or Permanent Resident)
* For Australian Citizens, you may be required to undertake Security Clearance process at Baseline or beyond to be aligned to projects requiring security clearance.
