Job Description
We are seeking professionals with experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation to join our team. As a HCM Consultant, you will be part of a team that focuses on innovation in workforce operations and experiences. Your role will involve guiding clients through the complex landscape of HR transformation, leveraging technology and best practices to drive business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include creating employee experience strategies, developing employee experience journeys and personas, delivering HR transformation projects, and supporting clients with the implementation and adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
* Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
* Domain expertise in processes from the Hire to Retire employee cycle, including defining HR processes, creation of formal process documentation, detailed process maps and standard operating procedures
* Knowledge and experience in the implementation of HR technologies, e.g. HCM cloud systems (e.g. Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday), HR ticketing/workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
* Project and change management activities for HR Transformation projects
