Job Description:
We are seeking a Permit to Work Coordinator to join our QHSE Team on site, supporting projects and corporate offices in managing and overseeing the Permit to Work system.
This role requires effective coordination of daily work permits, risk assessments, and isolation strategies to ensure safe execution of tasks.
* Efficiently manage the Permit to Work System in line with QHSE Australia and company's guidelines.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments for critical jobs and perform job safety analysis.
* Develop and coordinate daily work permits and isolation strategies to guarantee safe task execution.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Liaise with other departments to plan and prioritize work activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role in construction or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management.
* Ability to identify potential problems and develop solutions.
* Able to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.
