Expect this and more when you join Linfox Armaguard Group.What does the job look like?As the Logistics Team Coordinator you will oversee day to day warehouse activities, coordinate a high performing team to ensure work productivity/ priorities and standards are met. Key areas include:
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the logistics team
* Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficient workflow
* Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements
* Work closely with National Logistics Manager to identify training and development needs of team members
Are you the one?Working as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, you would thrive on the ability to take the lead in a dynamic logistics setting. You can demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a similar role in warehousing/ logistics
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
* High level of energy and a passion to achieve results
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise staff
