Operational Leadership Opportunity
As a seasoned operational professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our company's operations. This includes ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services across various departments.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximize fleet availability and lifecycle.
* Manage workflows for planned and unplanned maintenance, ensuring compliance and optimal resource allocation.
* Oversee business planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
* Monitor workforce allocation, balancing internal resources with external contractors.
* Conduct regular reviews of contractors and suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Drive productivity metrics and manage urgent maintenance issues on a 24/7 basis.
* Ensure accurate data capture and reporting via internal systems and fleet management software.
* Maintain occupational health and safety standards in partnership with the HSEQ Manager.
* Monitor major contracts for compliance, asset downtime, and dispute resolution.
* Lead branches to achieve key performance indicators and ensure workshops are compliant.
* Champion employee training and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years' proven success in a senior operational role within the hire/rental industry. A trade background or mechanical experience is highly desirable but not essential. Strong fleet management and mobile plant compliance expertise are also required.
