We are seeking an experienced and motivated Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in livestock production, animal husbandry, pasture management, and machinery operation. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations as well as long-term planning to ensure a healthy herd, sustainable land use, and profitable farm performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage herd health, breeding, calving, and weaning programs.
- Oversee feeding, grazing rotations, and pasture management.
- Develop and operate irrigation systems to support fodder (or other crop) production.
- Maintain farm infrastructure, machinery, and water systems.
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
- Monitor budgets, records, and compliance requirements.

- Proven experience in beef cattle production and farm management.
- Strong knowledge of livestock health, nutrition, and genetics.
- Practical skills in irrigation, pasture improvement, and machinery operation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
