Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner role based in Adelaide, SA. As an HR Business Partner at Kalyra, you will provide strategic and operational human resources support. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. You will also lead performance management initiatives and collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
* Experience in Employee Relations and knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
* Skills in Performance Management and developing employee engagement strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide guidance and drive results in a collaborative team environment
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role
* Strong understanding of employment regulations in South Australia
