About The Role

The Central Hub Administration team at Barwon Health provides essential clerical, reception and operational support to Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services (MHDAS). Based in Geelong, this role supports clinicians and consumers by ensuring services run smoothly, efficiently and respectfully.

Working within a busy and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in supporting people accessing mental health and AOD services, helping to create a welcoming, organised and responsive service for consumers and their families.

Please note: This role requires availability for after-hours and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide reception, administrative and secretariat support across the Central Hub
* Deliver high-quality customer service to consumers, families and staff
* Manage bookings, appointments and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
* Support clinical teams through effective coordination and communication
* Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with organisational processes
* Contribute to a positive, professional and team-oriented environment

What We Are Looking For

* Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service (health preferred)
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of people
* High level of organisation, time management and attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
* Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
* A compassionate, respectful and professional approach to supporting consumers
