About The Role
* Lead change management for the rollout of a B2B omni-channel payment solution
* Develop and implement tailored change plans aligned to project goals
* Analyse organisational readiness and assess business impacts
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders in Digital & Finance
* Design and deliver communication strategies that drive clarity and engagement
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and support adoption
* Integrate change activities with broader project plans and manage dependencies
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with change delivery
* Apply proven methodologies and tools to guide change execution
* Support internal teams and B2B customers through the change journey, both in-store and online
About You And Your Skills
* Proven experience delivering digital change projects, ideally involving customer migration
* Strong grasp of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Analytical thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working across all levels of an organisation and influencing outcomes
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead through collaboration and trust
