The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Payroll and Administration Officer to provide payroll and high-quality administrative support across multiple departments within our Corporate Office.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business, from managing office supplies and facilities, assisting with payroll processing and recruitment administration, and supporting finance functions.

Key responsibilities:
Payroll and HR related
* Provide end-to-end back up payroll support to the HR/Payroll Administrator including processing pays by using time and attendance and finance systems
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire documentation.
* Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and training registers.
* Coordinate staff training sessions.
Finance Admin
* Manage end-to-end corporate credit card reconciliation process
* Assist with finance administration, including raising purchase orders, goods receipting, invoice processing
General Office Support
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communications with professionalism.
* Ensure meeting rooms and facilities are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
* Manage office supplies, consumables and equipment to maintain stock levels.
* General upkeep of office to a professional standard
* Contribute to company events and internal communication initiatives, including newsletters and staff updates.
* Compile data and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reporting for managers.

About You
* Professional discretion in handling confidential HR and financial information.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt, prioritise and manage competing deadlines across multiple departments.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, exposure to Pronto is advantageous.
* Previous experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping is desirable to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
