Overview
Reporting to the Senior Director General Manager, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading both the Marketing Team and the Marketing function for the entire SodaStream Australia organisation. You will also be responsible for ensuring all areas of Marketing Strategy, Research, Tactics, Implementation, Analysis, Budget, and Team Leadership are executed to the highest level and quality.
Responsibilities
* Management and regular analysis of annual marketing calendar and budget
* Management of creative, social, media, demo, POS creation, and PR agencies.
* Management of all key corporate partnerships.
* Management of direct reports.
* Close working relationship with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance Team
* Close involvement in Trade Rollout of new products/campaigns/initiatives.
* Attendance at Agency Meetings on a regular basis
* Close monitoring and involvement of Digital and Social Media Strategy and Implementation
* Management and Development of ATL strategy, implementation and analysis
* Management of all Consumer Events – including analysis of opportunities, bookings, permits, product and staffing.
* Regular contact and liaison with HQ marketing comms, product development, marketing operations, Legal and PR/Influencer teams
* Management of all elements related to product / media launches
* Weekly attendance at Internal Management Meeting and Team WIP Meetings
* Meeting and presentations to Key Accounts Team for better internal transparency.
* Quarterly reporting of marketing activities and spend to HQ, and attendance at Quarterly Business Review meetings via VC
* Closely working with HQ on new product development and rollout.
* Management and close involvement in D2C Initiatives.
* Close involvement and liaisons with HQ on all Creative Testing and Brand/Market Research
Qualifications
* Managing Budgets and Setting Strategy and Tactics
* Previous experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to lead and drive team members and ensure time lines are met as are objectives
* Management of Third Party Suppliers
* Sound understanding of the FMCG space, the Kitchen Appliances space, and the Australian Audience in general
