## Technical Delivery ManagerApplylocations: Melbourne, VIC, Australiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ572063**What success looks like in this role:*** Team Coordination & Status Tracking; Regularly engage with Team Leads to gather updates on project progress, risks, blockers, and overall team performance to ensure timely and effective delivery.* Client Collaboration & Process Improvement; Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process enhancements, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and align delivery practices with client expectations.* Stakeholder Communication Cadence; Maintain a regular communication cadence with the Account Manager to review project health, discuss strategic priorities, and address any concerns proactively.* Resource Forecasting & Planning; Develop and maintain accurate resource forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects in the pipeline, ensuring readiness for new engagements.* Scope & Resource Alignment; Review project scope of work and ensure appropriate resource allocation and skill alignment to meet delivery requirements efficiently.* Escalation Management; Actively participate in handling escalations, provide timely updates to clients, and drive resolution by coordinating with internal teams.* Financial Oversight & Optimization; Monitor resource financials, including utilization and cost efficiency, and implement optimized resource planning to maximize profitability and delivery effectiveness.* Oversees Technical Project / Program Management processes and teams.* Manages work associated with small- to mid-sized projects of limited complexity.* Works with project teams to define scope, objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.* Develops or manages development of project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource requirements.* Ensures effective integration and alignment of cross-functional teams (i.e., comprising developers, engineers, business analysts, etc.).* Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders and internal teams.* Manages client expectations and ensures provision of regular updates and status reports.* Handles escalations and proactively troubleshoots issues to avoid project delays.* Identifies potential project risks and ensures that risk management practices are implemented in all project phases.* Monitors project budgets, including expenses for technology, personnel and other resources, providing updates to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.* Ensures that project management practices are performed in line with established company and industry methodology.* • Performs post-project reviews to ensure achievement of business objectives.* • Provides effective performance reporting for customers and management.**You will be successful in this role if you have:*** 8-10 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience* 2-3 years' leadership experience* Must be an Australian Citizen#J-18808-Ljbffr
