Role Title:
Project Manager

Responsibilities:
* Develop project plans and execution of early phase clinical trial projects
* Lead the initial meeting with clients to develop plan for how their IMP manufacturing will be carried out
* Responsible for project adherence to timelines, budgets to product dispatch
* Writing batch records and specifications, drafting labels
* Shelf-life determination and management
* Resource management – Material sourcing and procurement using an ERP system
* Carrying out risk management, supporting QA investigations
* Client engagement, liaising, and management – Providing updates, communicating milestones, general clinical trial project consulting
The Successful Candidate will possess:
* Bachelor of Science or related
* Experience in a similar hands-on role within clinical trial management across phase I to III
* Excellent problem-solving skills and high technical aptitude
* Strong working experience in a GMP regulated environment – Proven experience working in environments that are accredited by the regulatory bodies (TGA, FDA)
* Ability to work under significant pressure | Well-versed with thriving within a busy manufacturing environment
* Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
* Permanent resident visa or Australian citizenship
