Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community care services across the Gold Coast .
We are seeking Disability Support Workers with:
* Empathy and person-centred care, respecting each client's unique goals, abilities and preferences.
* Strong communication and teamwork, building positive relationships with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Reliability and professionalism, including punctuality and maintaining a stable, supportive environment for clients while representing HCA to a high standard.
Experience in the following is also required:
* High & Medium Challenging Behaviours
* Youth Work
* Out of Home Care
* Bowel Care

Eligibility:
* Certificate III or higher in Disability or a related field
* Minimum 6 months full-time experience in SIL or Community Care
* Valid National Police Check
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Valid First Aid Certificate (valid within the last 3 years)
* Full Australian Driver's LicenceUp-to-date vaccinations and serology
* Full Australian working rights
