About The Role: An award winning, well-known and established builder with reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team in their Warnervale display centres.
Responsibilities
Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR / duplex project. H&L; experience is also attractive!
Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
About You
A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUST
Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
Sound knowledge of KDR & duplex
Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
Ability to build great relationships
Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
Ability to work weekends
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a base salary around the $60-70k+super, and competitive commission structure (percentage comms!!)
