About the Role We are seeking experienced Fabricators / Boilermakers for a full-time casual role. You will fabricate, assemble and weld structural steel components, interpreting engineering drawings and working safely to deliver high-quality products on time. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team on ongoing projects across construction, mining and infrastructure. This role offers several months of consistent work with potential for extension. Skills & Experience Proven experience in steel fabrication and welding in an industrial workshop Ability to interpret technical drawings and shop plans accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Experience in structural steel, frames, gantries or similar fabrication projects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Tickets & Licences Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker) or equivalent Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding White Card and other high-risk licences an advantage Forklift or EWP tickets highly regarded Benefits Full-time casual role in a modern, well-equipped fabrication workshop Several months of consistent work with potential for extension Opportunities for professional development and upskilling Supportive, team-focused work culture Overtime opportunities to suit production schedules About the Company / Culture The workshop operates in a large, modern facility with advanced fabrication equipment, including overhead cranes.
